Meet the Team

Accomplished business development professional responsible for the marketing and sales of SI cryogenic temperature sensors, temperature indicator and controllers, aerospace temperature probes and commercial aircraft temperature probe assemblies. Austin is a U.S. Army combat veteran and graduate of Florida State University. He serves as a board member for the Cryogenic Engineering Conference and the Florida State University Student Veterans Alliance Council.

John brings over 13 years of experience in the cryogenic industry to our sales team. With a foundation in mechanical engineering, earned through his bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University, he has specialized in liquid helium products and low-temperature cryostats, combining technical expertise with a passion for forging connections with scientists worldwide. Committed to helping our customers achieve their goals, John’s focus is to ensure our customer success through engaging partnerships and dedicated service.

Dr. Karki earned his Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics from Louisiana State University and brings SI over 20 years of experience in Cryogenics and Magnetic Material research. His expertise and interests are in exploration of new materials and techniques which makes a significant impact in the advancement of the modern technology. His focus areas include project design and execution, cryogenics and cryogenic materials compatibility evaluation, prototyping, test systems integration, data acquisition environments, data analysis, instrumentation, and technical support. He has published the results of his scientific works in many peer-reviewed journals.

Lindsey’s work experience ranges from directorship in the medical industry to directorship in manufacturing. Lindsey has extensive studies from Palm Beach State College and also Grand Canyon University in Arizona. In her current role as Finance Director, she emphasizes efficiency through lean manufacturing principles and streamlined processes. By fostering teamwork and setting effective measurements, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial success for the company.

Wilmer holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Stony Brook University in New York. With over five years of experience in designing instrumentation electronics and power supplies, he brings a strong passion for the aerospace industry and a commitment to innovation. His expertise in product design and project management play a key role in advancing SI’s growth and success.
